The first complete tailings and crushed stone paste backfill system in Central Asia (with core equipment being the HGBS100.15.320
backfill industrial pump and an 18-meter deep cone thickener), with a system capacity of 80m³/h, a conveying distance of 1300 meters, and an annual backfill volume of 260,000m³.

Project Outcome

The use of deep cone thickeners for one-stage concentration of full tailings has resolved the high cost issues associated with the previous tailings filter press process.
